Program to include: The new waiver statute (what it is, what it does, OPDS qualifications, pleadings & notice), litigating a waiver hearing (storytelling: presenting the facts in a compelling way, negotiation & settlement conference strategies, witnesses & evidence, appellate issues & how to make a good record).
