Who may attend?

This program is open only to defense lawyers and those professionals and law students directly involved in the defense function & who are not involved in state or federal prosecutions (as attorney, investigator, expert, consultant, or in any other capacity). Written & audio seminar materials are licensed to participants for use in the defense of criminal cases only; any other use or distribution is a violation of copyright laws & the user's ethical obligation. Individuals registering for the program or ordering pro-gram materials are agreeing to abide by this understanding & keep all information privileged.

Seminar cancellations made before October 22 will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after Oct. 22—once material download link has been emailed—will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation/written material fee. No-show Policy: Written materials link sent in advance to all registrants. MP3 audio recordings will be sent to OCDLA members only; nonmembers who do not attend are not eligible to receive the audio recordings or a refund.

Group rates are at prevailing government per diem rate at time of arrival. Current per diem rates are: $113 for a lodge village guest room, $155 river lodge guest room, $165 lodge village suite, plus 15% nightly room rate resort fee, plus 1.8% state tax; and 9.8% tax. Resort fees include: wireless internet, access to Sage Springs Club and Spa, complimentary access to The Cove, access to Resort swimming pools and hot tubs, access to Crosswater and Caldera Links, intra-Resort transportation, self-valet parking, newspaper in lobby, in-room coffee.
