Andy Robinson will drop by to discuss his big win in State v. Bartol, and the implications it might have on other death penalty cases under SB 1013.

Anne Munsey will drop in to talk about her win in State v. Hubbell and the changes that case will have on prosecutions for delivery of a controlled substance. The panelists will also talk to her about several of her other cases that she has before the Oregon Supreme Court. State v. Rusen, 307 Or App 759, 479 P3d 318 (2020), State v. Kyger, 305 Or App 548, 471 P3d 764 (2020), and State v. Darius Lawshawn Thompson, S068639. Anne Munsey can’t be stopped!
