Cancellations
Seminar cancellations made by November 24 will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after November 24 — once material download link has been emailed — will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation/written material fee. No-shows will have been sent materials electronically and will be provided the audio material in MP3 format.
